What are dental implants?

Dental implants are the best solution for replacing a missing tooth, providing both aesthetics and functionality comparable to natural teeth. Implants look and function like your own teeth, ensuring comfort and confidence with every smile. The quality and type of implants used play a key role in the successful outcome of the treatment, which is why our clinic trusts Nobel Biocare – a leader in the field of dental implants. Each implant is accompanied by a factory serial number and a passport, which you receive at the time of placement, guaranteeing authenticity and quality.

Our team combines many years of experience with the latest technologies in digital planning and implant placement. Attention to every detail and uncompromising sterility allow us to offer treatment with long-lasting results. Dental implants by Nobel Biocare come with a lifetime warranty, providing you with a lifelong solution that is often more stable than your own teeth.

A dental implant is a lifelong solution.

1. Initial consultation and planning

The process begins with a thorough examination and analysis, including X-rays and digital scanning of the jaw. This information is used to create an individualized treatment plan to ensure optimal results.

2. Digital implant planning

Using modern digital technologies, we perform precise planning of the position and depth of the implants. We fabricate a surgical guide that allows us to fully replicate the planned implant position. This ensures maximum accuracy during implant placement.

3. Implant placement

Under local anesthesia, the implants are placed into the bone. The procedure is performed using specialized instruments and magnification systems, ensuring minimal invasiveness and rapid recovery.

4. Osseointegration period

After implant placement, the implants are left to integrate with the bone over a period of several months. This process, called osseointegration, is key to the stability and longevity of the implants.

5. Fabrication and fixation of the abutment and crown

After successful osseointegration, abutments are placed on the implants, onto which the crown is fixed (first temporary, then permanent). The crown is made of high-quality materials and precisely crafted to match the natural teeth in color, shape, and function.

6. Final adjustments and maintenance instructions

After crown placement, final adjustments are made to ensure perfect comfort and function. The patient receives instructions for implant maintenance and follow-up care to ensure a long-lasting and healthy result.

Quality guarantee

We provide an official lifetime guarantee for the implants placed by us and a 3-year guarantee for the restorations we fabricate, with the goal that they remain in the mouth for a lifetime. We sign a contract for the performance of dental services, which serves as an additional guarantee of service quality. The price does not change during treatment, even if additional procedures arise; they are at our expense.

Преди

BEFORE: A case of a young man who lost his front tooth as a result of trauma. We identified significant bone loss, which complicated the treatment. After careful preparation and restoration of the lost bone through bone augmentation, we successfully placed an implant in the area of the missing tooth.

След

AFTER: The difficulty in the restoration stemmed from the high aesthetic requirements, as the patient’s natural teeth were exceptionally beautiful and detailed – something that posed a challenge for the dental technician. Nevertheless, we achieved an excellent aesthetic result that fully restored both the functionality and the natural appearance of the patient’s smile.

Преди

BEFORE: A case of a middle-aged man who complained of mobility of both upper central incisors, as well as dissatisfaction with the aesthetics of the remaining upper front teeth. After a detailed examination and discussion of treatment options, we decided to replace the two mobile incisors with dental implants, which restored the strength and stability of the bite.

След

AFTER: To achieve the desired aesthetic result, we placed veneers on the remaining upper front teeth. This solution not only restored the natural and harmonious appearance of the smile, but also ensured long-term function and patient satisfaction.

Преди

BEFORE: A case of a 40-year-old man who had lost two of his posterior upper teeth many years ago. To restore function and aesthetics, we undertook treatment involving the placement of two dental implants. Due to insufficient bone, an additional sinus lift procedure was performed to provide a stable foundation for the implants.

След

AFTER: After successful placement of the crowns on the implants, the patient shared that he feels his new teeth as completely natural. The implants fully restored chewing function, with the patient feeling as if he had never lost his teeth.

Contact us

Will it hurt?

Every procedure with us is performed under anesthesia in order to ensure a comfortable experience for the patient.

Do we work with supplementary health funds?

Yes, we work with supplementary health funds. We issue all necessary documents, such as invoices, medical reports, and others required by the funds. In addition, we work with health funds abroad, providing the same level of documentation and service.

Do we work with the national health insurance fund?

The national health insurance fund limits dentists to working only with amalgam and chemical polymer materials (i.e., materials that do not allow for high-quality tooth restoration), and also determines the time allocated for each procedure. We do not work with the national health insurance fund because we maintain high standards of work, and high-quality reconstruction of a tooth sometimes takes 90 minutes.

What payment methods are available?

With us, you have several convenient payment options. We accept cash payments, credit and debit cards, as well as bank transfers. This allows you to choose the most convenient payment method for you.

Do we take X-rays?

Yes, in our clinic we take X-rays – of individual teeth, as well as those that diagnose early-stage caries between teeth.

Can we issue invoices?

Yes, we issue invoices to both individuals and companies. Regardless of the type of client, we provide the necessary documentation for the performed services.

How often should a preventive check-up and tartar cleaning be done?

A preventive check-up should be carried out every 6 months for each person. Tartar cleaning depends on the individual problems of the patient and the rate of tartar accumulation. Therefore, cleaning can be done at intervals of 2, 4, 6, or 8 months.

Do we have our own parking?

Yes, the clinic has its own parking available for patients. The parking is located in the courtyard behind the clinic building.

Can a tooth not hurt and still have a problem?

Yes, very often a tooth can have a problem without causing pain. Our patients are often surprised to learn that they have dental problems despite not having experienced pain. Many oral conditions, including gum disease, bone loss beneath the gums (periodontitis), caries, even advanced caries reaching the nerve and requiring root canal treatment, as well as granulomas and cysts around the roots of teeth, can be asymptomatic. That is why it is important to have preventive check-ups every 6 months to prevent tooth loss and maintain good oral health.
