In the early stages, it is a barely noticeable problem, with the first signs including minor chipping, translucency, and thinning of the edges of the front teeth, increased sensitivity, and changes in tooth color. What can tooth wear lead to?

1. Comprehensive diagnostics
The start of treatment begins with detailed photographic documentation, dental scanning, and planning of the new bite height using a specialized intraoral scanner.
2. Digital design of your new smile
Once all collected information is sent to the dental laboratory, work begins on designing your new bite with new shapes for the worn teeth, and of course, your new beautiful smile. For the best possible aesthetic result, we use Smilecloud – artificial intelligence selects the most harmonious and natural smile that suits your face. Everything is done entirely digitally.
3. Try-in of the digital project in your mouth
The 3D printed model received from the laboratory is an exact copy of the digital smile design. At this stage, we transfer the project onto your teeth using a special resin. This allows you to see the final result of the treatment even before tooth preparation begins. During this visit, we will also discuss the aesthetics of your future smile.
4. Restorative phase
Over several consecutive full days, we will add material to each individual tooth in order to restore the worn dental tissues. The materials we use for restorations are high-end composite resin or minimally invasive ceramic restorations (overlays, veneers).
5. Fabrication of a “night guard” splint
To protect the teeth and restorations from further wear, we recommend sleeping at night with a thin silicone splint.

Treatment with us begins with a consultation, because proper diagnosis and case planning are the foundation of successful treatment. The consultation lasts approximately 90 minutes and is carried out by Dr. Voev and Dr. Mircheva, the chief doctors of the clinic. The consultation fee is 150 euros.
1. Scheduling a consultation appointment
The first step is to schedule a consultation appointment, which you can do in person, by phone, or via email. This ensures that you will be seen at our clinic at a time convenient for you.
2. Panoramic X-ray
Before the consultation, it is necessary to have a current digital panoramic X-ray of good quality. The X-ray should be taken at least one day before your visit so that we have complete information about your oral health.
3. Completing a questionnaire
To create your patient record, we will ask you to complete a new patient questionnaire in which you will note important health and personal information.
4. Initial examination
The consultation, which lasts approximately 60–90 minutes, is carried out by both chief doctors – Dr. Voev and Dr. Mircheva. During this visit, we will take photographic documentation of the entire mouth, perform a detailed examination of the teeth, gums, joints, and bite, and review the available X-rays. We collect information about your complaints and needs in order to propose the best solution.
5. Analysis of photographs and X-ray examinations
Together with you, we review the taken photographs and X-ray examinations to assess the current condition and discuss all identified problems.
6. Discussion of problems and questions
After analyzing the collected data, we will discuss in detail the identified problems, answer your questions, and propose the possible solutions.
7. Additional diagnostics in complex cases
In the case of a more complex clinical situation, an additional visit for more in-depth diagnostics may be necessary. This includes multiple photographs, dental scanning with a digital scanner, computed tomography, bite analysis, and smile design.
8. Presentation of the treatment and financial plan
During a separate visit, we will provide you with an individualized treatment and financial plan. We will discuss the details, show you sample cases, and clarify the timelines and possible treatment options.

Do we work with supplementary health funds?
Yes, we work with supplementary health funds. We issue all necessary documents, such as invoices, medical reports, and others required by the funds. In addition, we work with health funds abroad, providing the same level of documentation and service.
Do we work with the national health insurance fund?
The national health insurance fund limits dentists to working only with amalgam and chemical polymer materials (i.e., materials that do not allow for high-quality tooth restoration), and also determines the time allocated for each procedure. We do not work with the national health insurance fund because we maintain high standards of work, and high-quality reconstruction of a tooth sometimes takes 90 minutes.
What payment methods are available?
With us, you have several convenient payment options. We accept cash payments, credit and debit cards, as well as bank transfers. This allows you to choose the most convenient payment method for you.
Do we take X-rays?
Yes, in our clinic we take X-rays – of individual teeth, as well as those that diagnose early-stage caries between teeth.
Can we issue invoices?
Yes, we issue invoices to both individuals and companies. Regardless of the type of client, we provide the necessary documentation for the performed services.
How often should a preventive check-up and tartar cleaning be done?
A preventive check-up should be carried out every 6 months for each person. Tartar cleaning depends on the individual problems of the patient and the rate of tartar accumulation. Therefore, cleaning can be done at intervals of 2, 4, 6, or 8 months.
Do we have our own parking?
Yes, the clinic has its own parking available for patients. The parking is located in the courtyard behind the clinic building.
Can a tooth not hurt and still have a problem?
Yes, very often a tooth can have a problem without causing pain. Our patients are often surprised to learn that they have dental problems despite not having experienced pain. Many oral conditions, including gum disease, bone loss beneath the gums (periodontitis), caries, even advanced caries reaching the nerve and requiring root canal treatment, as well as granulomas and cysts around the roots of teeth, can be asymptomatic. That is why it is important to have preventive check-ups every 6 months to prevent tooth loss and maintain good oral health.
